About these terms
These terms cover your use of proindies.com (the site), run by Pro Indies of Jaipur and Sikar, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Our services
The site describes what we do; it isn't an offer to provide services. Every engagement is scoped in a written proposal or agreement that sets out deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms, and if that document and these terms ever disagree, the written agreement wins. Prices, budget ranges and timelines on the site are indicative, and results from past projects describe that work rather than promise the same for yours.
Free tools
The Leak Check audit, the project estimator and the chat assistant give automated, general information. They can be incomplete or wrong and aren't professional advice. Audit scores come from Google PageSpeed Insights and can vary from one run to the next.
Using the site
Please don't:
- send spam, false details or someone else's details through our forms;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site;
- copy large parts of the site by automated means.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site (text, design, graphics, code, videos, and the Pro Indies name and logo) belongs to Pro Indies or our licensors. You're welcome to link to any page and quote short excerpts with credit; anything more needs our written permission. Client names, logos and project images belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work. Who owns the work we create for a client is set out in that client's agreement.
Third-party links and services
The site links to, or embeds, services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Orufy Bookings, Google, Microsoft, social networks and our clients' websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but to the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it is complete, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pro Indies isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Liability for client work is covered by the client agreement.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
Changes and contact
