The brief and the build
Horixon (HorixSphere) helps U.S. healthcare staffing firms hire and manage offshore teams in India. We led the technical roadmap and system architecture, built the backend and REST APIs, and integrated AI for candidate screening and recruitment analytics. The multi-tenant platform pairs real-time performance dashboards with blockchain-verified credentials and connects to existing HR systems.
